This Privacy Policy explains how Rookhaven Group LLC d/b/a WSN+ ("WSN+," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WSN+ Partner & Creator Portal (the "Portal"). It covers the Portal itself — the tools partners and creators use to upload and manage content — and is separate from the privacy notice shown to WSN+ streaming viewers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the platform: with the service providers listed below; when required by law or to respond to lawful requests; to protect the rights, safety, and property of WSN+, our users, or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information under this Policy.
We rely on trusted providers to deliver the Portal, including: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Bunny.net (video encoding, storage, and delivery), our content-management hosting (Directus), and Stripe (payment processing where monetization features are used). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Information is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure and protected with access controls, encryption in transit, and token-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Portal, then for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations, or until you ask us to delete it (subject to those obligations).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond consistent with those laws.
The Portal uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and keep the Portal working. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
The Portal is a business tool intended for adults operating a promotion or creator account. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Portal.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Portal.
